Biography: Jose completed his undergraduate degree in Biology from the Federal University of Ceara, Brazil in 2017. He completed his Master’s degree in Pharmacology from the Federal University of Ceara (UFC) in 2019.
In 2019, he commenced his Ph.D. study in the field of immunoliposome development for the treatment of prostate cancer. Jose’s Ph.D. project title is: Immunoliposome anti-EGFR loaded with antimitotic compound for site-specific release in metastatic prostate cancer:3D cell culture model.
Jose joined Discovery Biology as a Visiting Scholar in September 2022, to evaluate the anticancer activity of novel antimitotic compounds.
