Biography: Majid received his BSc degree from the University of Isfahan and MSc degree in Chemical Engineering from Arak University in 2007 and 2013, respectively. His current research focus is: Magnetofluidics for enhancement of heat and mass transfer in micro scale. His research interests include micro-magnetofluidics, lab on a chip, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), fluid flow and heat transfer, Magneto- Microfluidics for cell separation and disease diagnosis. Majid will be conducting his PhD with Professor Nam-Trung Nguyen (QLD Micro- and Nanotechnology Centre) and Professor Vicky Avery (Discovery Biology).
