Biography: Thilini completed her Bachelor of Science with Honours in Plant Biotechnology at University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka in 2012. She started her Masters with Honours in Biotechnology and Molecular Biology at Griffith University in 2014. She joined the Discovery Biology group in 2015 to complete her Masters research project on breast cancer. For her PhD project, Thilini is focusing on studying about breast cancer metastasis.
